The team here at Thrumster Business Park has a busy start to 2023 now that Council has approved the water and sewer engineering plans, meaning it is now full steam ahead! Engineering plans will be lodged with Council for stages 2 and 3 shortly, and it is our intent to deliver all 3 stages of the project without any further delays.

Planning is now in full swing on many of the 63 sites within the 50-acre estate with many exciting announcements on the way.
